週末も忙しく働き、今日も仕事が立て込んでいるため、思い切って宿泊した。また利用したいため、今回感じたことを思い切って書く。

浴室：
以前はドライサウナやミストサウナでアロマをうたっていたが、最近はなくなってしまった。ミストサウナには、かろうじてヒノキのチップを袋に詰めたようなものがヒーターのそばに置いてあった。1周年を迎えたばかりの施設で新しいのはたしかだが、ドライサウナ室は、利用者の汗染みや壁の木材が白く傷んでいる箇所が多々あり、ミストサウナのタイルは黄ばみ始めていて、なぜか自分としては手放しで「清潔な施設」とは思えない。排水溝は髪の毛がたまっていて、もちろん見なければいいのだが、他の古くても清潔な施設が、いかに気を配ってくれているのかがよくわかる。
前回訪れた際には、炭酸泉のフチにペットボトルが置いてあったまま1時間放置されており、ミストサウナに置いてある塩も、利用中は一切補充されなかった。単純に人手不足なのだろう。
ここまで知っていながらなぜ利用するかといえば、仕事場から近いことと漫画があること、そしてレストランがアツアツでおいしいからだ。

宿泊（スタンダードシングル利用）：
3Fに到着するなり、下水のような臭いが廊下に充満していた。この建物が、かつてはアパートのようなつくりで、つくりはそのままにリフォームしたのだと理解する。窓を開けると、外は複数台の換気扇がうなりを上げていた。
女性のスペースに入る際に、特に女性のルームキーでゲートをくぐるなどもない。アパートの1室がさらに5室ほどに区切られており、ベッドルームの寄せ集めのようになっている。幸い、部屋が臭うことはなく、ベッドも清潔でほっとした。しかしながら窓を閉めていても、とにかく首都高の騒音が凄まじい（寝るギリギリまで休憩スペースで最近ハマっている漫画、『ザ・ファブル』を読んだ）。また、部屋自体が簡易的に区切られているだけなので、もちろん隣室の出入りの音や、TVを見ていればTVの音が聞こえるだろう。

この設計で行ける！！と思った人間がいることにまず恐怖を感じるが、水回りの臭い、女性エリアのセキュリティの緩さ、そして外の騒音が改善されれば、絶対にリピートしたい。

I've been so busy lately, finding it hard to make time to relax! Today's special Aufguss focused on creating a sense of lightness and ease, and I truly appreciated Ayaneko-san's approach. During the session, I was able to fully immerse myself, concentrate on the present moment, and replenish my energy.

This is my second time visiting this spa place. The weather was nice, and I thoroughly enjoyed the carbonated water bath. The temperature of the salt steam sauna and the Finnish sauna was a bit low, but I was able to reset and calm my mind slowly.

How can we escape the feeling of loneliness in Tokyo? Moreover, should we try to combat the loneliness we encounter every day, everywhere, all at once? After finishing work at night and indulging in a hot bath and steam sauna, I always take pleasure in my solitude amidst the urban hustle and bustle.

Their Salt Sauna is amazing, but there are some small aspects of this place that could be fixed or improved. They are planning to renovate the women's side bath, so I'm hopeful that it will be changed for the better. Additionally, they have recently started offering complimentary lemon water in the spa area, which is a nice touch. This shows that they are proactive in considering ways to enhance the sauna experience, which I appreciate.

Yesterday, I visited this Sento place, and this morning, I was pleasantly surprised because my skin feels smoother. I believe the reason for this is that this Sento has two types of onsen, and furthermore, they also provide a cold bath using black onsen water. The water is amazing, and I truly experienced the power of onsen water. However, it may be difficult to experience complete silence or achieve "Totonoi" (Japanese sauna lovers' term for deep relaxation after taking sauna and a cold bath) at this place.

This place is popular, so the baths are always full of customers, most of whom are regulars. They were chatting and drinking bottle of water in the bath tubs, and honestly, I didn't find it to be clean or enjoyable. In Japan, drinking in the bath tab or sauna is usually prohibited (though I'm not sure about the specific rule at this Sento).

前回のサ活が137回目のサ活だった。2023年は、サウナという新しい趣味に夢中になった1年だったと改めて思う。ホームサウナの渋谷SAUNAS、平日はやっぱり空いていてラウンジも過ごしやすい。女性が3.5h（飲食すれば4h）が始まったのも嬉しい。

2024年は本気で挑まなければならないことが増えるから、訪れる回数は減るだろうけれど、ホームサウナとして、いつまでも新しくユニークなサウナ施設でいて欲しいな。

The women's section was super calm and peaceful, but the other side was noisy and disrespectful. While I acknowledge that this Sento place is good and fun, honestly, there is more room for improvement on the men's side.

After visiting several Sentos, I find this sauna place to be a bit expensive. Spending 1.5 hours here cost me ¥3,600, including the private sauna space (¥1,000). The floor is slippery, and previously we could use as many towels as we needed, but this service has been discontinued, which disappointed me.

With so many things demanding my attention, sometimes I just need to escape from the realities of everyday life. This is my third visit here, and the exterior of this sauna might seem odd to those who've never stepped inside. I adore its strong steam sauna, which never fails to rejuvenate me for the week ahead.

Today, I indulged in a Korean body scrub, which was quite ordinary, to be honest. But considering the entry fee, it was reasonably priced.

Before the scrub, I spent 4 sessions in the steam sauna, allowing me to clear my mind and focus on the present moment. Sure, there are some customers here who don't adhere to sauna etiquette, but I've learned to overlook them. If you can spare the cash (I recommend visiting on Mondays or Tuesdays when the price is ¥1,000 less than other days), I urge you to give this place a try. You might just discover a new perspective or insight within yourself.

After visiting the Showa-style Sento, I was completely exhausted and decided to use my home sauna...

This sauna embodies the traditional Showa style, offering a unique experience. When I ventured into the sauna room, a lady advised me to don a bath towel. Despite my usual practice of placing a towel on the sitting space, I sensed the authority of the lady, whom we affectionately call "Nushi" in Japanese, and promptly responded with a respectful "yes ma'am!"

Later, another customer informed me that this particular Nushi was a loyal customer, emphasizing the importance of adhering to her rules. To my surprise, the Sento had multiple Nushis, diligently overseeing the behavior of young or irregular customers. With the support of other customers, I started to enjoy the sauna experience. However, there was an incident where a young girl entered the room without a bath towel and neglected to pay the additional fee. The Nushi swiftly intervened, instructing the girl to follow the rules and pay the fee.

Upon their return to the sauna room, the girl seemed distressed, prompting me to engage the Nushi in conversation to shift the mood. I asked her several questions, diverting her attention from the earlier incident...

This sento is one of my favorite places in Tokyo. Unfortunately, today it was so crowded, and there were several repeat customers chatting in the sauna room (the sento restricts chatting in their bath and sauna). However, for only ¥970, you can enjoy a good onsen and the infrared sauna. It is located in a residential area, so it's a bit far from Osaki or Oimachi stations, but if you want to experience a good Tokyo local sento, this place is well worth it.

Additionally, there are some sento rules in Japan, such as washing your hair and body before soaking in the bath or entering the sauna room. Although some residents may break these rules, I strongly recommend keeping them in mind because they can enhance your overall sento experience.

After a successful meeting, I headed straight to this sauna. I cannot help but wonder why no one recommended this place before. This compact, clean, and calm sauna hasn't caught the attention of sauna fans in Japan, and it's truly surprising.

The core value of this place lies in its seamless flow. Typically, the sauna cycle involves washing the body, taking a hot bath, and finally entering the sauna room. After enjoying the hot sauna, you shower to cleanse your sweaty body and then plunge into the cold bath. At this place, you can smoothly follow this routine. Even though it's an affordable public bath, you can also take a rest outside, putting your hot feet on the cold rocks under the small tree.

Everything sauna lovers desire is right here. If you have the chance, I strongly recommend experiencing this amazing Sento.
