On Mondays and Tuesdays, this sauna offers a ¥1,050 discount. After some intense weeks, I went straight to this old-style sauna to try to regain my energy. I was pleasantly surprised because the woman working there seemed to remember me. I asked for my favorite drink, the pomegranate soda, and she made it without ice, just like I request every time.

After taking the Mugwort steam sauna four times, I felt completely relaxed. However, I had a strange feeling when I left. It felt like too much for my situation. Yes, I'm working and can afford it, but I felt like I spent too much money and time on this visit. I don't know why, but I think I'll only visit this place again after a few months. It's out of my daily routine, and that's why I sometimes really want to go there.

通常のSAUNAS ウィスキングと比較すると、大事なところだけぎゅっと残してコンパクトにまとめたウィスキングだったが、お天気も最高で、リフレッシュできた。

仕事柄、毎日PCやスマホに生活を牛耳られているので、サウナに通うのは、わたしにとってそれらからしっかり離れる時間を確保するためでも、重要だなと改めて感じた。

コラボで特によかったのは、HARMAA SAUNA。複雑なハーブの香りがしっかり感じられてよかった。いつもよりサウナがしっかり熱いような感じがしたのだが、それはウィスキング後で感覚がすっきりしていたからかもしれない。

それにしても今日（土曜午前中）のSAUNAS は治安が良過ぎて、感動。みんなが譲り合いの精神で、誰もお喋りせず、恵みの湯から届いたハーブをしっかり堪能できた。午後に差し掛かるといつものザワザワ感が始まり、お天気もやや曇って来て、急いで出て行く同志たちに、「よい週末を！！」と心の中で挨拶した。

初めてのLD参加を終え、備忘録として書く。

薪サウナ：
初めての薪サウナ。18時を予約しており、続けざまに18時半を抽選でゲット。
薪の香り、結構力強く燃えている薪、そして暗いサ室内にいると、とにかく雑念が消えて脳みそが洗われるような感覚だった。完全黙浴を徹底している施設でなければ、得られないやすらぎだと思う。汗の出方が不思議で、このサウナに毎週入れば必ず体調が変わるだろうなと感じた。

蒸サウナ：
仕組みが若干複雑で、1日目は予約時間しか入れなかったが、2日目朝は並んで2回入ることができた。パワフルなスチームサウナ、というのが一番イメージしやすいと思う。フリーになってから、何分に設定して入室すればいいのかわからなかったのは、できればルールがあるとありがたい。

その他、よかったこと：
・靴下（宿泊スペースの備品として利用可能。裸足で館内を歩き回るため、ありがたかった）
・ブランケット（宿泊スペースはかなり冷房が効いているのと、部屋の冷房がなぜかデフォルトの20℃にいつも戻ってしまったため、重宝した）
・朝方に入浴した際には、抽選並び列が形成された後、最後尾にスタッフの方が立っていた。並び直しを防ぐ意味でも、素晴らしいと思う。

その他：
・毎時間の抽選は、ある意味エンターテイメントとして成立はしているが、さらに混雑した場合はどうなるのだろう、とは思った。たとえ値段に影響があったとしても、プレミアムプランで予約できる回数が増えれば、さらに気持ちよく浴室内での時間を過ごせそうだ。また、予約できるサウナの種類も選べると、個人的には嬉しい（自分は結局、薪サウナと蒸サウナの組み立て上、アウフグースは事前にキャンセルしてしまった）。

・ここまで完全黙浴を促していながら、ルールを守れないユーザーは、いっそ強制退館させてもいいのでは、と思った（施設側の努力を踏み躙る行為）。このルールが守れず、他のルールが守れるとは到底思えない。

いろいろと書いたが、他施設のLDで惨めになったことと比較すれば、お値段と体験がしっかり見合っている、再訪したいサウナのひとつになった。ありがとうございました！！

2時頃に到着し、複雑な館内システムに戸惑いながらも、この施設の最大の魅力は、完全黙浴をつらぬいているところだと感じた。サウナではしゃぎたい人は、はしゃいでよいサウナに行けばいいのだ。現時点で体験できたサウナを書いていく。

岩サウナ：
スタッフロウリュを体験。そこまで温度が高くないため、しっかり入ることができた。

ケロサウナ：
こちらもそこまで暑いとは感じなかった（混雑しており、出入りが多かったこともあるかもしれない）。

やすらぎ：
文字通り安らげる水風呂。東中野の松本湯にある水風呂を思い出す。

アクリルアヴァント：
一時的に晴れたタイミングだったため、ここから上がって外気浴をしていると、池袋とは思えない気持ちのよさ。男性はこの施設を日常使いできるのだから、ほんとうにうらやましい。

薪サウナと蒸サウナは、プレミアムプランに1回分は付帯しているため、1回目の入浴ではスルーした。薪サウナは時間通りに並んだにもかかわらず、抽選が終了してしまったのは残念だった。できれば抽選は入店時点で行うなど、抽選時刻にキリキリしなくてもよい仕組みが欲しい。

At first, the place was very quiet, and I could fully enjoy the sound and atmosphere. I know they officially allow small talk in their sauna, but some groups are inconsiderate and tend to speak loudly, disrupting the peaceful atmosphere everyone else has created.

I repeat, if they offered a dedicated silence day, I would visit this sauna almost every week.

This sauna is new and luxurious; however, I felt there were many areas that could be improved.

First, when I entered the reception, the staff was very kind, but the map was completely confusing. When they tried to introduce their facilities, they had to turn the map upside down. I understand that design is important, but the designer might have neglected user experience.

Secondly, it's common to see inequality between the men's and women's saunas, but considering this place is very new, the unbalanced design was disappointing. The steam sauna was amazing, but we had to wear uncomfortable sauna clothes. If we could use the steam sauna without this silly attire, it would be one of my favorite experiences.

While it's clear that they are trying to provide a rich and unique sauna experience, for me, it's hard to think of this place as a relaxing, favorite spot to revisit regularly.

If you check their homepage, you might assume that this place is old; however, this Sento has a clean and bright atmosphere. After a short run and soaking myself in the Black Onsen, I can reboot my brain and body.
Additionally, their sauna is compact and usual, but that doesn't mean it's boring.

The weather was quite good, and this week, the women's side had an outdoor bath. (They switch the bath sides weekly.)
Of course, there were some customers who broke the rules, or perhaps I should say they followed their own local customs. However, I was incredibly lucky to have 5 minutes to enjoy the outdoor bath all to myself. Sitting on a chair and breathing deeply, I could calm my mind and rejuvenate myself, even though I had to work during this Japanese holiday season.

My friend and I visited this place since they held a women's day event. The approach of this sauna place is commendable, particularly the transformation of the old-style Japanese traditional house into a sauna facility. The sauna room was comfortably warm, and the humidity level was sufficient to replenish my energy. The cold water bath was a unique feature. Visitors can also enjoy the outdoor space for sunbathing, and the weather was pleasant, enhancing the contrast between the inner sauna space and the tranquil outer garden, creating a serene atmosphere.

However, the behavior of some users was disappointing. There were people who didn’t wash their bodies before entering the sauna room, and some even went as far as saying, "If we wash our hair before taking the sauna, our hair will be damaged." While there was no announcement requiring customers to wash their bodies and hair, I believe it's common courtesy and respectful behavior to do so when using a public bath space.

I was shocked to find a Jimin-to poster on the wall of their laundry space... it actually disgusted me. I really love this place, but I cannot support Jimin-to at all. Even though expressing one's political views is totally fine, I guess.

海老と長芋の天ぷら

週末も忙しく働き、今日も仕事が立て込んでいるため、思い切って宿泊した。また利用したいため、今回感じたことを思い切って書く。

浴室：
以前はドライサウナやミストサウナでアロマをうたっていたが、最近はなくなってしまった。ミストサウナには、かろうじてヒノキのチップを袋に詰めたようなものがヒーターのそばに置いてあった。1周年を迎えたばかりの施設で新しいのはたしかだが、ドライサウナ室は、利用者の汗染みや壁の木材が白く傷んでいる箇所が多々あり、ミストサウナのタイルは黄ばみ始めていて、なぜか自分としては手放しで「清潔な施設」とは思えない。排水溝は髪の毛がたまっていて、もちろん見なければいいのだが、他の古くても清潔な施設が、いかに気を配ってくれているのかがよくわかる。
前回訪れた際には、炭酸泉のフチにペットボトルが置いてあったまま1時間放置されており、ミストサウナに置いてある塩も、利用中は一切補充されなかった。単純に人手不足なのだろう。
ここまで知っていながらなぜ利用するかといえば、仕事場から近いことと漫画があること、そしてレストランがアツアツでおいしいからだ。

宿泊（スタンダードシングル利用）：
3Fに到着するなり、下水のような臭いが廊下に充満していた。この建物が、かつてはアパートのようなつくりで、つくりはそのままにリフォームしたのだと理解する。窓を開けると、外は複数台の換気扇がうなりを上げていた。
女性のスペースに入る際に、特に女性のルームキーでゲートをくぐるなどもない。アパートの1室がさらに5室ほどに区切られており、ベッドルームの寄せ集めのようになっている。幸い、部屋が臭うことはなく、ベッドも清潔でほっとした。しかしながら窓を閉めていても、とにかく首都高の騒音が凄まじい（寝るギリギリまで休憩スペースで最近ハマっている漫画、『ザ・ファブル』を読んだ）。また、部屋自体が簡易的に区切られているだけなので、もちろん隣室の出入りの音や、TVを見ていればTVの音が聞こえるだろう。

この設計で行ける！！と思った人間がいることにまず恐怖を感じるが、水回りの臭い、女性エリアのセキュリティの緩さ、そして外の騒音が改善されれば、絶対にリピートしたい。

I've been so busy lately, finding it hard to make time to relax! Today's special Aufguss focused on creating a sense of lightness and ease, and I truly appreciated Ayaneko-san's approach. During the session, I was able to fully immerse myself, concentrate on the present moment, and replenish my energy.

This is my second time visiting this spa place. The weather was nice, and I thoroughly enjoyed the carbonated water bath. The temperature of the salt steam sauna and the Finnish sauna was a bit low, but I was able to reset and calm my mind slowly.

How can we escape the feeling of loneliness in Tokyo? Moreover, should we try to combat the loneliness we encounter every day, everywhere, all at once? After finishing work at night and indulging in a hot bath and steam sauna, I always take pleasure in my solitude amidst the urban hustle and bustle.
