サウナ仲間をついにアダイブに連行（とはいえ自分はちょい早めにIN）！！
アダイブ初体験の連れは、ドライサウナ→スチームサウナ→水風呂、というトライアングルアタックならぬ冬の大三角形的振る舞いを実行したらしく、妙にこざっぱりした顔をして出てきた。

やはり混沌の中にあった秩序はやや失われていた（ドライサウナにバスタオルで場所取り虫がわいており、今日はスチームだけにした）が、ヨモギスチームサウナがアチアチに戻っていたのと、ロッカールームを親の仇ばりに鬼拭きしているスタッフさんに感謝して退出した。

Maybe my expectations were too high. Despite the many positive reviews, I don't think I'll be revisiting this sento.

The high ceiling, bright bath area, and outdoor bath seemed promising, but a strange poster caught my attention: "There is a user with strong body odor. Please wash before entering the sauna." It felt off, but I ignored it and warmed up in the outdoor bath.

Inside the sauna, I immediately smelled strong sweat—and suddenly, the poster made sense. Still, I tried to enjoy my time since it would be my last visit.

While sitting in the outdoor area, an elderly woman appeared. She placed her belongings down, soaked her towel in the bath, and stared at me in silence. Her expression seemed to say, "I'm watching you. If you do anything wrong, I'll warn you immediately."

Feeling uncomfortable under her gaze, I left and decided to visit another place instead.

After visiting Funaoka-Onsen, I was still craving a good sauna. So, I finally made up my mind and headed to Kamogawa-Yu, a sento managed by a young but passionate company.

Last summer, I visited Umeyu, which was a unique and nostalgic experience for me. However, I couldn't shake the feeling of being a stranger in Kyoto. Of course, I am a tourist, but at Kamogawa-Yu, I felt truly comfortable—almost like I was staying at my grandma's house.

The bath area is small, but the sauna is hot and satisfying. What stood out most, though, was the warmth of the regular customers. They were kind and cheerful, sometimes chatting among themselves but also politely asking me a few questions. They treated me like a high school boy returning home for summer vacation, which made me feel genuinely welcomed and at ease.

During this short trip, I visited four public sento in Kyoto, and Kamogawa-Yu was my favorite. I realized that even brief but warm interactions with strangers can make a trip feel truly special.

This was my first time visiting this historic public sento. That day, I was able to enter from the right side, and from what I understand, the sides switch daily.

I wouldn't say the facility is super clean, but the vintage decorations and traditional design make it well worth a visit. As a traveler from Tokyo, I was also surprised by how lively the atmosphere was—locals were chatting freely, and there seemed to be no expectation to stay quiet. The experience felt completely different from Tokyo, but that's exactly what makes traveling so special.

The sauna itself is quite mild, but the cold water bath is truly noteworthy. Kyoto's natural groundwater is clean and smooth, offering a completely different sensation from Tokyo's water. If you're looking to experience an old, nostalgic, and uniquely Japanese sento, this place is a must-visit.

If I ever have the chance to visit Kobe, I would definitely head to this sauna.

The facility is clean and quiet, the water is smooth and pure, and I felt completely refreshed after spending time in the steam salt sauna. However, my experience in the Finnish sauna was ruined by an inconsiderate woman. She entered the room loudly, ignored the Löyly timer, and, to my surprise, grabbed the bucket and poured all the water onto the sauna stove at once.

Most sauna enthusiasts know that Löyly is the key element of a Finnish stone sauna. If the stones cool too quickly, it lowers the room temperature and can even disrupt the stove's functionality. Despite this, she continued her selfish behavior the entire time I was there.

It was disappointing, and I truly hope she was just a one-time, unusual visitor to this otherwise wonderful sauna.

食事をしてから1時間きっちり仕事をし、ヨガをやって、1セット目はアチアチのスチームサウナで塩まみれになって大満足したところ、2セット目に事件は起こった……スチームサウナ内でシャワーを垂れ流しにし、温度を下げている狼藉者に遭遇……アチアチだったスチームサウナが……
ロッカールームで持ち込み飲食をしている狼藉者も見かけてしまい、なんだか施設側の努力をめちゃくちゃにしてしまう行動は控えようよ……と思う訪問だった。

男女で差を設けないという心意気は素晴らしいし、応援したいのだが、人気施設のいいとこ取りを試みた結果、最終的に漠然とした謎施設という印象を受けた。一番は、座面に大判サウナマットを敷く、という手間を回避した結果、床などがかなり熱くなってしまっており、肝心のサウナ自体に集中できない状況になっていると思う。

Sauna 2:
かなりしっかり熱めのミストサウナがあるのはとても嬉しいが、塩もなく、水が落ちてくるタイミングも30分ごとで時間を合わせづらい。水が落ちて来るのは面白いが、それが果たしてなにに繋がっているのか謎のギミックだった。

Sauna 5:
ケロサウナが一番湿度が高めで、謎のBGMもなく、一番狭いサウナながら、人数が集中していた。誰も話さなかったが、利用者全員がここに逃げ込んでいる雰囲気もあり、無言の一体感を生んでいたのは面白かった。15分に1度のセルフロウリュしようとした際に、タイルの床が火傷しそうなほど熱くなっており、他の利用者の方がサウナマットを貸してくださったので、事なきを得た。運営側は、サウナをテスト利用されたのか、ちょっと疑問に感じた。

スチームサウナがめちゃくちゃぬるかったのと、これまでカオスの中にあったマナー（例えばサウナに入る際にはバスタオルを敷くなど）が完全に失われており、ちょっとショックだった。

Before the New Year's party, I visited this place for the second time.
They switch the male and female sides every month, which I really appreciate. In my opinion, this effort is about fairness, especially for women. Many sauna facilities tend to prioritize men over women, so it's refreshing to see a place making an effort to treat everyone equally.

Having explored numerous sauna spots, I’ve realized how rare it is to find a sento that’s so well-maintained and clean. This level of care isn’t something you come across every day.

While I generally love stone saunas, their comfort sauna stands out for being incredibly hot and powerful. I also discovered a few nice coffee spots nearby, which makes revisiting this place even more appealing.

男湯のほうがかなりの充実っぷりだが、どうしてもサウナ仲間を連れて行きたくて訪問。初めて夕方に訪れたが、女湯サウナは身体を拭かずにビシャビシャで入室するルールでもあるのか……ちょっと辟易してしまい、広くてしっかり炭酸ブクブクになれる炭酸泉を多めに楽しんだ。
男湯側はオートロウリュに露天もあり、楽しんでくれたようなのでよかった。

西荻窪という町がかなりイケていることを発見し、土砂降りの雨の中、訪問。無骨な入口とは打って変わって、カラッと清潔感のある更衣室、高い天井、そして情緒あるコンパクトだが空が見える露天風呂が嬉しい。

浴室内でのやかましいおしゃべりもなく、お風呂は清潔で明るい。サウナは遠赤でめちゃくちゃ乾燥しているが、追加¥350でサウナ、バスタオル、フェイスタオル、サウナマットまで貸していただけるのだから破格だろう。

帰りに番台の方が快くスタンプやQRを案内してくださって、とってもありがたかった。

どうしても熱めの塩サウナに入りたく、2度目の訪問。公式HP上では約46℃とあるが、それより熱い気がする、、、笑

ロッキーサウナ（6分）→ミストサウナ（6分）→水風呂→外気浴のルーティーンで、しっかりあたたまった。施設がかなり古めなのと、やや清潔感に欠けるところ、導線が微妙ではあるが、目的は達成できたので満足できた。

This was my first sauna visit of 2025, and I was looking forward to trying both the stone sauna and the mist sauna.

The place was quite crowded, and unfortunately, some users didn't respect the quiet rules. That said, a funny moment occurred when a noisy group arrived at the outdoor bath—most of the etiquette-conscious users immediately left, clearly preferring to avoid them.

This year, my goal is to explore a variety of sauna spots all over the world. I'm excited to see what unique experiences await!

2024年締めサウナは、京王スタンプラリー2周目完了も兼ねてこちらの銭湯に初訪問。広々とした明るい浴室、露天風呂には外気浴用の椅子もあり、サウナはだいすきなロッキーサウナ！！常連さんたちのお喋りはもう当たり前なので、あまり気にならなかった。静かにサウナと水風呂を往復し、空を見上げると八王子のカラッと明るい空が気持ちよかった。

だが、ついに出会ってしまったのだ、幻の「自分のタオルをサウナストーンの上でジュジュっと絞る人」に！！ドラマ『サ道』で偶然さんが語った際には、「そんなヤバい奴、いるわけないだろう」と他人事だった。少なくとも自分の汗を拭いたタオルではないが、その方はビシャビシャのタオルを持ってサウナに入ってくると、ジュジュっとストーンの上で絞り、自分の股にそのタオルを置いていた……もう恒例行事なのだろう。オートロウリュ付きだからやめたほうが、とも思ったが、所詮自分はよそ者だ。このサウナに通うこともない。汗ロウリュじゃないだけ、まだマシじゃないか。

稲荷湯から京王高幡不動駅まで30分かけて自転車で移動した。夕暮れに沈んでいく河川敷は、わびしくて最高だった。今年もありがとうございました、サウナのある日常に感謝！！

ISSHIコラボは自ら受付で確認するスタイルになっていた（そのため気づいていない人がかなりいた）。子供連れの方々が騒がしく、夕方は避けたほうがいいのだなと思った。

すっかりご無沙汰ホームサウナ。忘年会前にさっくり入りたく、2周年で¥2,000ということもあり久し振りに訪問した。正直タオル使い放題などがなくなってもいいから、この価格のプランがあったらいいのになあと思いつつ。サウナ上がりにあたたかい飲み物があるのはやっぱりとっても嬉しい。

湯船がないから水風呂は少なめに、ロウリュしてくださった方々に感謝しながら、自分も勇気を出して「ロウリュしますー」と声かけしてかけた。2周年、おめでとうございました！！
