The ambiance at Tokyo Sauna in Akasaka was truly inviting, with soothing decor and a serene atmosphere. The sauna facilities were top-notch, offering a variety of heat experiences that were both rejuvenating and calming. The attention to cleanliness and the thoughtful design of the relaxation areas added to the overall comfort. The staff was friendly and attentive, contributing to a welcoming environment. It was a delightful escape, and I left feeling refreshed and thoroughly satisfied with the experience.
I also got an opportunity to join premium Aufguss session (500 yen for admission) conducted by Mr. Katsumasa Inoue which was truly one of a kind, or almost spiritual experience that I’ve never experienced before.
All in all, Sauna Tokyo can be a great 3 hours of getaway option if you are in the area and have 4000 yen in your pocket. (4000 = 2780 fee for 3 hours stay, 500 for refill free detox water, and 500 for premium Aufguss)
