It was 2nd time to get there today, arrived there around 9:00pm. Just few ppl were there in women bath and 3 ppl in sauna including myself.

Degree in sauna:80 ℃
Degree of water bath: 20 ℃

Couldn’t get it done long enough but enjoyed it a lot.

It was very comfortable to breath deeply after taking a cold shower and bath…even my heart beat was so fast and loud.

You definitely find the temperature outside to chill was just perfect.
